Terms of service

Quotes

Website quotes and forms are invitations to treat. A contract is formed only when we send a written confirmation or order acknowledgement. Prices exclude VAT unless stated. Lead times are estimates until confirmed.

Goods and licences

Software is supplied as genuine commercial licences subject to the publisher’s end-user terms. Furniture and hardware remain our property until paid in full. Title to licences transfers according to the publisher’s rules after cleared funds.

Install and access

You must provide safe access, parking or loading information, and a site contact. Waiting time, aborted deliveries, and out-of-scope labour may be charged. Live-office work is scheduled as agreed in the order.

Care plans

Optional support, print, and facilities plans renew unless cancelled in writing with 30 days’ notice before the period end, unless a different term is stated on the schedule.

Liability

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud. For other losses our liability is limited to the fees paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
