Questions
Straight answers before you send a brief.
Do you only work with large companies?
No. Typical clients are 10–500 people: one floor, a few sites, or a first proper office. Very large estates are quoted as programmes with staged delivery.
Can we buy software without furniture, or furniture without IT?
Yes. Each service is quoted on its own. Many clients start with print or chairs and add licences later. Bundling is optional, never forced.
Are software licences genuine?
Yes. We supply genuine commercial licences through authorised channels. We do not sell grey-market keys, OEM stickers, or “lifetime” consumer codes for business use.
Do you install as well as supply?
Yes. Furniture assembly, printer drivers, basic imaging, and cabling can be included. If you have in-house IT, we can deliver to dock and hand over serials only.
Which areas do you cover?
UK mainland as standard, with Greater London and the South East as our densest install patch. Ireland and near-Europe are quoted for software and shipped goods; onsite care depends on the postcode.
How fast is a quote?
Simple supply (chairs, toner, licences) is often same or next working day. Fit-out, cabling, and multi-site moves take a survey — typically 3–7 working days for a first paper.
Can you work around a live office?
Yes. Evening and weekend deliveries are normal. We phase noisy work, protect floors, and leave desks usable the next morning.
What happens after we buy?
You get a named contact, asset or licence records, and the option of a care plan for print, IT, supplies, and renewals. You are not dropped at invoice.
Do you offer account terms?
Credit terms are available after a simple application for established businesses. New clients may be asked for a deposit on made-to-order furniture or large hardware lots.
How do callbacks work?
Pick a date and a two-hour window. A specialist — not a call centre script — phones you on the UK number you give. If we miss the window, we email a new slot the same day.
Still unsure? Write to us or book a callback.
